  • Born in 1961.
  • Vocational training as taxidermist at the "Berufsfachschule Bochum" (certificate in 1986).
  • Subsequently, employed with a firm of taxidermists for two years; working at the SMNS since 1988.

Projects

Naturalistic design of habitats (dioramas), preparation of plants, dermoplastinates and making of models

Maintenance and inspection of the scientific collection; organization and shipping of loans as well as preservation of recently acquired specimens
