This model was buildt after exact measurements had been taken from an original skeleton. It involved the following working steps:

1. Exact anatomical measurements
2. Reconstruction of transverse sections in the head, trunk, and tail
3. Study of joint surfaces in order to elucidate possible movements in the skeleton
4. Reconstruction of overlying musculature and skin
5. Production of a negative mould in several parts
6. Cast formed by epoxide resin and coloration of model with airbrush.
